Shipping
Our primary shipper is United Parcel Service. Orders received before 10am Pacific time for in-stock items on a regular business day usually go out the same day. Items are shipped from Corvallis OR, 97333.
Small items under $100 in value shipping to a US address can often be sent quicker and at lower cost via US Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. If you would like us to consider that option on your order, please indicate that in the order notes during checkout. Please select your second choice in the shipping options in case we are not able to use Priority Mail for your shipment. If we are able to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail then we will refund you the difference in shipping charges or in the case of a prepayment we can give you a revised invoice.
International Orders take longer to process and shipping charges will depend on the shipping method requested. We ship Global Priority Mail and Express Mail through the United States Post Office as well as UPS. Your country may require you to pay custom fees and/or duty when receiving the shipment.
Payments
Cafe Electric llc. accepts two methods of payment:
Cash/ Check / Money Order: We hold checks for 3 to 10 business days to insure funds have cleared before we ship your order. A bank check or other secured funds will reduce this time.
Wire Transfer: Customers outside the USA often use this method of payment. To pay by wire transfer please choose Check/Money Order as the payment option during checkout and mention in the order notes that you would like to wire funds. We will then email you the bank details for wiring funds. Also, be aware that sometimes we can get better international shipping rates than those quoted on the website and so we may adjust your total downward.
We sometimes offer paypal as a payment option for smaller items which we have in stock, but not for the controllers which have long delivery times. Please ask if we can bill you through paypal if it is your choice to pay that way.
Privacy and Security
Cafe Electric llc. respects your right to privacy and is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. We do not sell or rent any information you provide us through our website.
Please be aware that the main Cafe Electric website and web shopping area are not secure. This means it has no more security than regular email does. Please do not send us sensitive information through this site, email or through the contact form.
